AT&T Drive Mode turns on when I'm not driving

S9+ and the app keeps turning when I'm not driving, sending texts and stuff when people are trying to reach me. Or at least the default Samsung text messaging app is having an issue as I'm not sure the whole drive mode app turns on when this happens. Anyone know how to fix this?

Which is why I disabled it a long time ago in my S3 (and that problem goes back to about 2014). I don't know if it's an AT&T problem or a Samsung problem, but it's an annoying problem, and that's enough for me to do without the app.
