AT&T Galaxy S3: 4.3 Update

Everything went well except I lost wifi capability. Does anyone know if a fix is coming? At all? Should I go to Best Buy?

I have never ever had issues with my WiFi. I'm sorry to hear that you are. Since I updated to 4.3 back in November I haven't had any problems. What are you experiencing?

Have you performed a factory reset after updating? If not back up all your data & reset. Factory reset will clear all app data. After going through sign in wizards after rebooting, log into the Play Store, make sure all apps are set to auto update & all of your apps will automatically install.

However, you must be backing up all your Google data to Google! When going through the setup wizards, check restore from Google account. Takes some of the pain out of a factory reset.

The big issue for me is no WiFi. Samsung rep at Best Buy says Kit Kat coming in March. I'll try the reset for now. Thanks!

Yup That fixed it. Resetting the phone brought back WiFi. Not going to mess with it for awhile. Thanks to everyone!
