AT&T Galaxy S4 I have root now what

So I rooted my Samsung SGH I337 galaxy s4 for AT&T today, the root checkers said I had root so pretty sure it worked. I'm on 4.3 now but would like to upgrade to a nice kit-kat or maybe even a google play edition ROM (since I don't use any smart features), can anyone point me in the direction for my next step? Guessing i need to set a recovery option or something in case it goes bad, but can someone post a direct link to a kit-kat for AT&T option? thanks

I haven't seen any Kit Kat ROMs for the S4 with 4.3
Since you'd probably have to use SafeStrap (other recoveries aren't working yet), you'd likely be stuck with TouchWiz-based ROMs.

Not sure which ones are compatible, but Infamous S4, Hyperdrive and Eclipse S4 are good
