AT&T Galaxy S4: volume REALLY LOUD!!!

Hi i have a galaxy s4 but when i'm listening to music it is really loud and people can here my music next to me in class.
so my question is there a way to lower the volume below stock
also my device is rooted

Usually people want it louder XD have you considered just leaving it at the lowest??

i have but all my headphones leak because of how high the sound is.
