AT&T GS8 Pre-order

We have been AT&T wireless customers since 1994. In the last few years, we have been able to get an exception to pay $199 - $249 and roll our contracts forward two years to order the newest Galaxy device. I was told that I would have to wait until 4/21 and I would be able to to do it then. Has anyone else had this same experience?

I pre ordered but paid in full up front. I don't see why they wouldn't continue tradition with you

I may try again tomorrow. Last year, I checked and I ended up buying the GS7 on 4/1/16 but I recall pre-order around mid-March 2016.

My line used to be on dad's account then 6 years ago I transfered my line to my own account. My dad had ATT when it was Cingular Wireless in 1999. I know our accounts are still connected some how. We have use different passcodes for the accounts and they say my passcode is wrong when it is right so they look up the account again and it.

I called ATT Business Retentions about my personal account that gets a discount through my employer. They said I could also get the Galaxy S8 for $199-$249 with a 2 year contract. They said I had to wait until April 21st to order and confirm the 2 year contract price. I have very rare plan 450 minutes for $39.99 and unlmited data with 1500 texts bundle for $40 before my employers discount. I would switch to a newer unlimited data plan but with no employer discount it is atleast $40 more a month and I would probably loose the abability to get 2 year contracts.
