Yup... First thing I saw.
I was waiting for them to tell me I needed a new line when they gave me 300$ for my S7 lol
When I took my phone to receive my credit off my S9 the associate pressed so hard for me to buy accessories with it instead.

Dang. I read the existing customers part wrong. It says existing customers can add a line. Nothing about upgrading. Grr
