AT&T hotspot

I am testing att for a few days on my verizon note 3. Everything works except for the hotspot. I spent 90 minutes on phone with att support. Still does not work. Message is mobile number not found. Any suggestions? It appears the network settings are correct.

I fooled around with foxfi and now att hotspot works.
