AT&T just doubled my data - without asking

Checked my online account, on 2 GB MSVP, now have extra 2 GB bonus plus Rollover.
(Plenty of data for the two of us)
Anyone else get an unsolicited bonus?
This may be an omen for another round of plan pricing changes.
AT&T did this last year (gave out data bonuses) about the time they changed the data pricing structure.
It's nice that AT&T offers bonuses to existing customers and not just deals to entice new customers.

I got the same doubling of data a few weeks back. They notified me by sms or email (I don't recall which.)

I got a text message from 11113000 in Spanish. Thought it was spam. Deleted it. Googled the number, found it was legitimate, from AT&T. Then I looked at my account and saw the double data bonus.

I'm on the 2gb plan and they recently doubled mine to 4gb so with rollover some months I'll have a good amount of data available.

My double data is about to expire so it will go back to 2gb. Wonder if they will extend it again? I almost switched to directv to get unlimited but haven't yet. That's still tempting. I'm hoping att comes out with a safety mode similar to vz for those not on unlimited
