AT&T Microcell Question

My Z2 has lost connection with the Microcell provided me by AT&T. I'm in the process of rebooting it which can take up to 90 minutes. Last time this happened, I recall seeing in the phones settings, the option to "connect to att microcell" . For the life of me, I simply cannot find that option again and it's driving me nuts. Can someone please tell me where to look. Thanks in advance.
