AT&T Nexus 6 OTA fails

I have a Motorola Nexus 6 on AT&T. I keep getting notification of an update, restart and install fail after seemingly downloaded. When it reboot, message "error"
I'm on 5.1 LMY47D

stock, I finally figured it out, recovery, wipe cache and been over 8 hrs and notification has not shown up yet
