AT&T not recognizing my AT&T device

I talked to supervisor from AT&T and they think it's an internal problem.

I really think this is the issue and flashing the firmware again won't make a difference. I had a similar issue with a byod on T-Mobile. As long as you're getting the monthly updates and any carrier specific features (visual voice mail, apps, etc.) that you like are working, then I wouldn't stress out too much.

On the other hand, it won't hurt to re-flash the firmware and it may work. It's also fun to tinker with your phone, at least for me.
 
Had to use a patched version of odin 3.14.1. Setting the phone up now. Hopefully number sync still works. Fingers crossed!
 
phone flashed and setup. having att rep work on getting volte working and going to try setting up watch this evening. will keep you updated.
