AT&T Note 3, no google wallet or ISIS?

Okay so no google wallet working on Note 3 at stores. So that bites. And I can't seem to download ISIS as it's only for Verizon it says? I have a AT&T Note 3. Any info on what I can do to utilize this way of paying on a AT&T phone?

I'm Canadian so i tried to download the wallet and it said not available in my country.
So i went on computer to enter the info there for me to be able to buy from the play store.

I was asked if I wanted to set-up an ISIS account at the AT&T store when I purchased my Note 3 yesterday. Hopefully its not a gimmick but I was told if I signed up I would get $50 for free. It did in fact show up in my ISIS(American Express) account so I guess it was legit.

AT&T had to put a special SIM in my phone at the store for me to be able to download and use the ISIS app. They said my phone had to be provisioned in my account to work. I tested my phone right away and the first sim didn't work. They swapped in another sim and that on worked flawlessly. Nice getting $50 for free.

I have the AT&T Note3 and use the Isis app and NFC payments with no problem. I did get the secure SIM card which makes it work.
