AT&T Note 5 - Time wrong

Noticed this morning that the time showing on my Note 5 on AT&T is fast by 5 mins. I restarted several times and also tried airplane mode and no change. Checked the settings and it's still set to get the time from the network. Even unchecked those, restarted and the rechecked them, with no luck.

Anyone else having same issues or solutions?
 
On a more serious note - if you disable "network time" and manually set the time, then re-enable "network time" does the clock go back to being wrong? If so, it's the tower, and you really can't do much about that other than open a trouble ticket with the carrier.

Thanks. Yes tried to set manually and then when I put it back to network, it jumped back ahead 5mins. I went home for lunch and tried it all again at home, but no luck.
 
Update : This morning the time is back to the correct time with it getting it from the network. No idea what happened but all other AT&T phones in the household and work didn't have this issue.
