AT&T Note 8 Update Issue

I have 2 AT&T Note 8's. One if them recieved the security update and the other one hasn't. Everytime I check for updates it says it's current but it's not. AT&T is useless on this issue.

Is it possible that you just popped a sim card out of another phone and put it into the Note 8? If so, the IMEI may not be registered properly on that account.

Nope they where bought on same day from AT&T and have their own SIMS.

Try to reboot your device and see if that works.

I did it via ADB. Didn't want to because it wipes the device which is ****.

When was the security update available? And what version is it?

You can ADB side load like I did but it resets the device.
