Forget it i was just being a little impatient.

I waited a bit longer and it restarted and it turned on.

Now i am successfully updated to the latest version of android

Put Only BL TAR , AP TAR, CP TAR, And in CSC Put HOME_CSC , instead of CSC And leave USER_DATA IN BLANK this will update your phone to Latest AT&T April Patch with no data wipe.
