AT&T Numbersync turning off

Im noticing my Gear S3 on AT&T intermittently turns off my Numbersync. I have to go back on the watch and manually turn it back on. Anyone else having this issue or know how to resolve it?

I asked this same question here on Monday with no answer.

However, shortly after I posted the question, I followed these steps:

1. Went to my AT&T account online and disabled NumberSync
2. Re-enabled NumberSync
3. Turned off the watch
4. Waited 5 minutes
5. Started the watch

I haven't had any issues since.

Last week numbersync turned itself off on my watch 3 separate times. I kept receiving texts from ATT that I had turned it off. I didn't even know it was off. I went through the website to turn it back on and then restart my watch to get it to work right. So for this week it seems to be doing ok.

Thanks for the feedback. I had this issue occur again this morning and I think it has something to do with bluetooth connection when the watch connect and disconnects. this is somehow making my watch believe that Numbersync is off, when I in fact had it on. I noticed it randomly disconnected and reconnected this morning despite my phone being in my pocket.

anyone else noticing these issues?

Last Thursday and Friday my watch dropped from 100% down to 12-15% in 2 hours. I ended up doing a full factory reset Friday evening, I haven't had any problems since (knock on wood).
