AT&T Offers Newest Smartphones at 50 Percent-Off with Trade-In of Current Smartphone | AT&T

AT&T made this announcement on April 30th. Does anyone know when the promotion ends? I just bought the HTC One from Costco over the weekend and would love to get the $100 credit from AT&T - just not sure that I qualify since I didn't buy it from them directly.

What would really be sweet is if I could "double-up" and get the credit from HTC as well!! (I have a few old phones laying around in a drawer that I could use for both these promos). What do you think my chances are?? ;)

Since it wasnt purchased from an AT&T store..I dont know what the chances are.. I just took in my 2 year old HTC Thunderbolt today and got the 100.00 promotion card. Im just happy I was able to fix it. Just yesterday it was stuck rebooting straight into recovery lol. After a few hours of tinkering and researching I was able to get it to boot into the stock GB and they took it..even got to keep the 32gb sd card :)

I bought the One the day it came out, and this promotion - good all May I believe -- hit less than 2 weeks later. I'd only gotten $35 from them for recycling my HTC Inspire -- yeah, I know, I changed home PCs after I got the HTC One $100 credit offer -- anyway, I went in and they kindly gave me the other $65 credit, making it a $100 phone. Sweet! (But since in both cases it involves recycling your phone -- to HTC or to AT&T -- well, let us know how it turns out! I was just glad the deal began within the 2-week period after my purchase, and that they were willing to up the credit, thus covering the upgrade fees for both myself and my wife, who got an iPhone5 (well, she likes the iPhone, what can I say;-)

I just got my HTC One this weekend. Was switching from Verizon to AT&T. Gave them my old Droid Incredible and they took $100 off my phone directly! The original trade in price for th? Verizon phone was $3 since it's almost 3 years old but because of the promotion they gave me an extra $97 trade in bonus.

I didn't think to see of I can trade in another phone to get the $100 HTC credit, I'm happy enough with the trade in
