AT&T release date????

Does anyone know about the pre-ordering on AT&T? I have a few questions:

1. This is the most important, but do they make you sign up for a new plan? I want to keep my $15 a month 200 MB data plan and they can usually only do this in stores.
2. Do they ship the phone to you, and then you have to go to an AT&T store? Or do they just reserve one at a store for you?

the 15 dollar plan is gone, now its 20 for 300mb
no they ship it straight to you with the sim card,all you do is activate it

Thanks but can't you get "grandfathered" in? I know people that recently upgraded and got to keep that same plan.

yea that's what im hoping to do when i upgrade to the htc one from the iphone, i been with att since 2003 so keeping the same plan should be no problem

Just spoke to a rep and they said that i can keep that same plan as long as i use a smartphone, so it should be the same for you

i think that's an old order page that was never updated. the ship date says march and there are no images or options.

Really the black and silver variants both look appealing in person. The pictures don't do them justice. Its really hard to choose between the two, but I'm going silver mainly because the little details are most noticeable on it.

When I talked to BB they said I would be guaranteed a One but not necessarily on release day.
They also only have one SKU to pre order. They don't know when they will get the 64gb in. I called At&t and they said they will have the 64gb at launch
