AT&T release date????

I got mine ordered at 1:30 yesterday. I went into att and they looked to see if they could order it yet. He found a sku for the 64gb version and i was out of there in under twenty minutes.

ordered mine today could not order yesterday and It said estimated delivery the 19th cant wait counting the days 2 weeks actually :P

Ordered mine last night from an AT&T's flagship store in Chicago. I was the first one to pre-order the phone as of 7:30 PM CT. I received a confirmation email afterward, saying that the Medialink will be shipped in next 3-5 business days. I haven't had any ETA for the phone though. Hope this helps!

i went to an at&t store after work to preorder the 64GB and they told me that i could only order it online since they havent gotten the approval to sell it yet. called best buy and they only have the 32GB version. the media link adapter was sold out when i tried online with the premier store earlier so thats why i went to the physical store. when i got home i tried again and it wasnt sold out anymore and my preorder went through fine.

Called yesterday and the phone wasn't in their systems. Called today, same answer with an added "We can pre order it on Apr 12th". Went into local corporate AT&T store and ordered 64gb without any issues.

Anyone else that ordered in the store, is the media link listed on your receipt? They said I was getting one but it only has the SIM card and phone on my receipt.

Yes its on the receipt. Shows up as HTC America Inc. HTCONEX ACCESSORY 4797A on the receipt and the email they send you.

So, you guys are just dealing with the 36 dollar "upgrade fee" or are you getting that removed with some sweet talk? I want to upgrade my wifes and my phone, but 72 bucks is a bit outrageous.

How do you get out of paying them?

I'm guessing threatening to switch carriers? I'm in a nice spot because both of our contracts are up. I'n thinking of just saying "Theres one thing stopping me from upgrading and renewing our contracts....."

yup...just say you want to leave them......then if the customer service refused to wave the upgrade fee then demand for the retention's department...once you are there it is easy as pie...they will certainly waive your upgrade fee and most likely even give you from 50 to 100 dollars in credit just for being a loyal customer

Think I can pull all of that off at an ATT store? Or just do all the pre-order / upgrading / ******** about the fees over the phone?

I just call and ask if they can waive the fee. Always works. Just so you know, they can't actually waive it until it hits your bill.

Can't believe ATT finally let me pre-order the phone thru their site since they didn't let me on the 4th.. had to cancel my Best Buy pre-order and take it to AT&T..

Hope i still get my media link HD since im hearing they are sold out

Is it normal for a phone that isn't even release yet to be back-order? my status says the phone is back order on ATT

If you wait for it to hit the bill, at that point, I'd already be locked in a contract, right? What leverage would I have? Oh wait, there is the 30 day buffer time where you can threaten to cancel and send the phone back?
