no HTC one from AT&T 32 gb and he sell it at $615...and ready to ship.. and some people already buy it...

we had a pre-order but we have to wait till 16 but some people got the phone and sell it to make money....just wonder how can they get a phone from AT&T before us.

Its called stolen goods, this happens all the time, usually ties to a fed-ex or UPS employee. All in all it means shipments are already being made to SOMEWHERE in the US, so some places should already have stock.
Would definitely reinforce what I was told by the att rep when I preordered. Says that its a good chance it will probably ship early by the looks of things, maybe even sooner then the 16th, its happened before and I could even get it up to a week early, no promises tho.

Either way...waiting sucks, especially here in Phoenix on sprint.

I want to order the ATT version before the rebate deadline, but my VZW contract isn't up until 5/15. anybody know how long i can wait to activate once I get the phone in the mail?

If you want to keep your number you'd have to do it immediately I think.

If you want to keep your number, you'll have to go to ATT and have your number ported over. The act of ATT porting the number will automatically cancel your VZW account. So, if you port before the 5-15 end date you'll get an ETF. If you don't care about getting a new number, then you can activate on ATT whenever, and cancel VZW after the contract is up. You'll just get stuck paying for two phones for a month, of course.

As for the rebate, you're going to need to read the terms and conditions. I know there's a date you have to activate by...not sure when it is.

Order the phone with AT&T under a new number. When your contract is up with Verizon on the 15th you can port over your Verizon number and replace the AT&T number you were given.

Thanks. I'm thinking I'll just port my number to Google Voice when the contract ends so I can skip ATT's text messaging fees.

Had a good acquaintance who was a store manager, told me all about there big meetings on how sprint intends to handle this no 4g in phoenix problem, he paraphrased there orders as lie lie lie misdirection more lies and just make your quotas, his words, not mines.

I sooooo hate sprint...awesome customer service tho.

Yeah i was all excited when i got my Evo 3d and i heard they were bringing 4g here and then i got news that Phoenix would never have 4g because they are moving to LTE now and it still hasnt showed up! T-Mobile launched their LTE in SEVEN markets 2 weeks ago and of those seven Phoenix was one of them. The youngest LTE network even has phoenix covered now...

Some stores might have it early, but like the other user said its a inside job when people get their hands on something early.. Some people are HTC Reps and they could probly sell their phone to a friend or on eBay

Sometimes it be UPS/FedEx workers which handle some warehouse logistic system.

The boxes are touched by maybe 1,000 so it's no way in telling who open it n stole one.

Most people on eBay are just taking pre-orders
