AT&T S4 latest firmware charging issues

So the latest build on stock Att gs4 has this charging profile:

Using OEM wall charger and below 90%
Screen off it charges 1.9amp
Screen on it charges 1.2amp

I have used the Motorola rapid car charger and it only gives .760-.800amp regardless of screen on or off, and this doesn't charge the phone while using GPS and full brightness

Is there a car charger that will duplicate the OEM wall charger?

Make sure whatever you get is a true 2 amp charger with a USB port and not an already attached cable. So far the OEM cable is the only cable that properly works with the S4, both in power supply and PC connectivity. Using 3rd party USB connects has so far been met with sub par results. Since you've figured that the phone loses ~.700 in charge strength while the screen is on, it's a safe bet that's where it all went when connected to the Moto charger and using GPS.
