AT&T S5: camera failed

my galaxy s5 camera will not open out of the blue says camera failed. this may be a dumb question but when I go and get my phone replaced is there a way I can transfer existing phones data like notes and ringtone etc tp the new phone while at the AT&T store. I hate thinking I will lose a lot of settings and info.

you can make an backup with helium app and copy the backup folder to pc .. its done

or make a backup to theSDcard,

The ATT Store will transfer all your data from the old phone to the new one. There is no charge for the service.
