AT&T Samsung Note 3 cannot always receive MMS pictures thru Text Msg

Hi,

My AT&T Samsung Note 3 cannot always receive MMS pictures (i.e. 3 out of 5) thru Text Msg.
The same pictures can be received on other phones at AT&T Service Center reps.
AT&T rep told me this is an Google software problem not AT&T. Any advise ? Thank you.

Welcome to Android Central! Any problems with your 3G/4G mobile data? If you're having dropouts, that might affect reception of MMS.
