AT&T splash screen volume...

When I turn on my GS3, the volume is very loud when the AT&T splash screen comes on. It does not matter what the volume level was set at when it was last turned off. Is there any way to reduce the splash screen volume at boot up, or better yet, get rid of the splash completely?

Go to settings, sound, volume and turn the last one, system volume down all the way and you will not hear anything when you boot up.
