AT&T System is down for my upgrade.. so bummed

So I went to Wal Mart today to pick up my GS4 pre-order, and they had it ready for me, sitting there.

Then they asked me for my phone number, and they couldn't find our account in AT&T at all. So they tried other numbers in my family plan. Nada.

I called AT&T to ask about this.. and they said there was some maintenance on the system for 'my area' and they could not pull up our account information! They told me to call back in a few hours. I did, and now they're telling me to try again on Monday. SO FRUSTRATING!!! This really ruined my weekend..

Ugh. I would be mad. You should ask them to waive your upgrade fee for your inconvenience.
