Question Why does internet stop working on incoming and outgoing calls?

It works when the phone is connected but when I'm receiving an incoming call or making a call internet is off. I have dual Sim and VoLte on. Anyone else has this issue?

Samsung S24 Ultra but has happened on previous models too.

No issue on my A36 but I don't use dual SIM's but perhaps its connected to your dual SIM usage?

Is this happening on both SIM's?

Were you able to do this before and suddenly it isn't working, or is this the first you've noticed?

Issue is that incoming calls until answered or rejected stop my internet connection!

Who is your carrier? Some carriers do not allow both at the same time.

Are you using VoLTE for calls?

Were you able to do this before on this or one of your other devices? Did it suddenly stop working?
