casue when i click at&t software update i get this message "no update is available for your device at this time. your device will automatically check for update in next 48 hour"

No, it didn't lock my phone. I updated it to 4.4 today. I unlocked it using a code purchased in eBay, using it in Hyderabad. Everything is working normally.

I downloded HTC Sync Manager manager from htc site. But unable find the manual system update.

Are you sure it is for HTC One, since i can see the manual update is available only for htc one x.
if so can you please provide the exact link.
