AT&T version supports adoptable storage?

Okay, so I have just attempted the adb commands on a brand new 64 gb microsd card. I get no error messages on the command prompt, but nothing is happening on my phone

I have noticed that the UI in the YouTube videos is very different from what I have. There is no more option in the SD card screen. I can format or unmount the card. The whole layout of the settings screen is different from mine.

I really need this fixed tonight, or it will just wait until next week.

Never mind, it would appear that AT&T is the one to blame

Not AT&T. Adoptable storage is disabled on Samsung phones by default.

There is a known work around using adb, but it would seem that AT&T blocked even that feature with a security update
