AT&T Visual Voicemail and Galaxy Nexus

For those of you who have been using the Galaxy Nexus on AT&T, does Visual Voicemail work natively or do you need to use Google voice?

Also, I noticed that you are using the iPhone 4S and the Nexus. I have the 4S currently. Thinking of picking up the Nexus. What do you prefer?
