got a new toshiba AT300 unit and was playing around with it yesterday. power ran out so i put it on charge and let it charge up to full. turned it on and had a message (can't rmember what it said) and the red background wasn't there. i shut it down to see if that would help and it has spent the last 2 hours still stuck in the Power off shutting down phase.
any help would be fantastic!
