AtCommandService (process com.motorola.process.system)

I am a new user of Android OS. So if I sound stupid, please understand.

I've had the phone (Photon) for about 45 days already and starting last night, I started getting the following message:

Sorry!
The application
AtCommandService (process com.
motorola.process.system) has
stopped unexpectedly. Please try
again.

Now it only happens when I wake up the phone from a black screen and slide to unlock. I am not sure what it is, why it is, or how to address the situation.

Ideas? Thoughts? Suggestions?

Can you try the steps at "motorola process.system has stopped..." - Verizon Wireless Community ?

Go to settings, date & time.
Switch "Automatic" off.
Set timezone to some INCORRECT timezone ( say Greenland )
Switch "Automatic" on.
