Atrix HD won't pull up Google play app

My matrix HD stopped downloading music and now I can't get to Google play. Help

Try turning the phone off, and then back on. If that doesn't work, a hard re-set (holding the power button & volume up button at the same time for a few seconds will give you the options to follow) usually corrects the issue.
