ATT GS3 Unlocked ??

I have 2 GS3 that were on ATT and I had them unlocked. Will I have full functionality on the phone with any other GSM carrier? I really need an answer. I am selling them and want to make sure I have all bases covered.

Everything phone and data-wise I believe should work with the proper APN setup. Obviously the AT&T apps probably won't work, but other than that I have never had issues with other GSM carriers and using unlocked phones.
