ATT Mobile Locate, Have you had problems?

My app says I am not eligible for Mobile locate. I have tech support on the line now.

That may be a feature AT&T charges extra for. It's free on Lookout & Samsung's Find My Mobile and you can lock, wipe or ring the phone remotely.
