im sure you would love to repair it where you are. but im not paying for it when i know it worked. you had 2 weeks to check the device. i have no way of knowing what you have done to the phone since you have had it and im not responsible for damage that you caused. if you want to ship it back to me, then i will go through the trouble of getting it replaced for you. you will also need to pay return shipping.
 
This is why I won't sell to someone out of the country or anyone who has an address in NY but will be overseas for 6 mos. Or the "ship it to my relative and he/she will ship it to me."

this trasaction has been nothing but trouble from the start. he responded to the post saying he would take the phone, so i ordered my nexus 5. once he responded to the pm, he wanted it for cheaper. when i told him that the asking price was already a super deal for a no contract phone, he said he didnt want it. since i had already ordered my new phone, i gave it to him for what he offered. now i wish i wouldnt have

lets do this. send me back the phone and i will refund the entire purchase price. ill then get it replaced, if its actually broken, and list a new in the box note 3 and get a better price for it.
 
Just curious whatever came of this situation?
