ATT November Security update

Just a heads up that att is sending out the November update.

Note 8 here. So you p robably read the Note was getting Nov 1 security update.

My mistake.
My S8+ is dealing with beta3 'flu.'

There is /was 350MB Nov 1 update then 6 hrs later I got small patch with Nov 13 but that does not change security date.

I was still on October so my security changed.

I just got the update. November update.

I just got my S8 this week and was on the April update. Had to get AT&T to send out each update manually to get to October. Hopefully this November update will come automatically

This update is somehow killing my battery. I went from 100% to 89% in 45 minutes without any use of the phone. I didn't have this problem before the update .

The system is often reindexing, cleaning up, after an update.

Use to hear people say that you should give as n we system as much as 3-4 days. Less so for security and system updates and Patches.

Backup to PC poor Mac and if it's still bad, but 10% in an hour while working is not outside the norm.

Mine is on Oreo which is still beta.
