Anyone know what the updates are? I hope it updates the night camera performance. This is the second update so far since I got the phone in September.

Monthly Security patches with some fixes and stuff baked in. Pretty normal.

I mean, the release notes state that there are fixes as well as new/improved features too. So yeah, 700mb is about right.
