Attachment Size Cap?

Apparently there is a cap on the size of attachments that can be downloaded on the DX as I have now got this message a couple of times on big files.

Does anyone know the cap size? Is it a setting the can be changed?

Same issue with sending attachments via exchange.
Tried to send 4 pics today and couldn't. Would only send 3.
The shouldn't be a limit on exchange.

I don't know the answer for the phone, but I do know that gmail has a 25 meg limit. It wouldn't surprise me if the phone has the same.

The files I was trying to recieve were 7mb and 10.2mb and both said they could not be downloaded.
