attechmentdownloadservice mail in Galaxy: problems

[AC Question]

Since a few weeks i have problems downloading attachments in my galaxy S5.
I Always have to go to the settings, select my mailprogramm and stop de attachmentdownloadservice. Then i can download 1 (one !!) attachment. After that the problem starts over again... :-(

Welcome to Android Central! Try going to the App Manager, select the Email app, and Clear Cache. If that doesn't help, then try wiping the system cache partition: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-10404
