Just wondering if anyone one from your companies care about your customers?

Is it just me or is Gingerbread now available on every phone except the Infuse?

Most phones now waiting on Ice Cream Sandwich upgrades and we are still using Froyo! What up? Can't you see all the posts here?

I am thinking that this Infuse phone will be my last phone purchased on the AT$T network.
Every phone that I have purchased never gets updated. I am sick I this treatment and I am not going to take it anymore.

I think thats why I'm going to go iPhone... Can't jump ship from ATT, so I'll get the iPhone because at least I know i'm getting an update once a year...

What really sucks is I left my Sprint Unlimited plan to get the Infuse on AT&T. And I do love the Infuse, just want to have latest updates for features and battery life. And I have to admit, at least where I live, I get better service with AT&T. So if it costs me more every month, and I can't get a new phone for a year, is it too much to ask to give us the upgrades?

Yeah, I've gotten spoiled with the larger screen now too. Much as I hate to admit it though, I'm really hoping the iPhone 5 comes out with a 4.5" screen and 4G/LTE, then I'm probably on my way back too. #1, it's true, they (and their apps) "just work", and #2 you don't have worry about them not being supported anymore by the carrier/manufacturer three months after you buy them.

Sad but true. Always been a Windows guy but Apple is pretty cool and the advantages of only one model means current updates. If the IPhone had a 4.5? screen I would take serious look. Then if I had an extra $4,000, I'd pair it up with a DeskTop and Ipad. If only they weren't such snobs!

Good luck getting any better updates from anyone else. Verizon isn't that different, nor are the other players.

When I was with Sprint I had the Palm WebOS, and loved it. But we waited for a year for a system upgrade, which never came, and waited for a hardware upgrade which when it finally came was not worth the wait and in the end they were all discontinued! So yeah they are all like that.

We the consumers just take it, cause what else can we do!

Corporations could care less about the people that contribute to their wealth. We are nothing more than their serfs.Sad but true.
