Audible Push Alarms on a Moto G5 dual sim phone.

I have a Moto G5 dual SIM phone and I have the MIPC CCTV App installed on the phone. I cannot receive any audible push alerts from this app yet all movement is recorded and all my CCTV functions work ok.The only thing that I cannot get to work is the audible alert whenever movement is detected by my camera.When I have the phone on charge I get ALL Audible alert's but when I take the phone off charge I get nothing?????Can anyone help me PLEASE????? THANKS.
