My audible touch tones don't seem to be working. When I select an app I get nothing, same thing when I lock the phone. Even the Haptic feedback seems like its not as strong. Any idea on what the problem may be?

I'm having he same problem....after I showered I lost ur clicking sound on my keyboard and my screen lock tone....I took it to bestbuy and there is no water damage. Bestbuy doesn't know what's wrong either

I am assuming that both of your phones can play music from the speakers fine right? Trying to rule out a hardware failure.

Yep music still plays and everything. My evo is only 2 days old

Same here, i've had mine since launch day though. I've emailed HTC support but they're useless. I'm gonna have to call them. Even when I dial a number I get no sound.

yea i did a factory reset the day mine stopped working...and then like an hour later it stopped working again.....lol

Wow. I wonder what's causing the problem. If I were you i'd just return it for a new one.

Mine has dome this a few time to me. I wil lose all tones and I have to do a "Blackberry" battery pull to get sounds back.

Just download. "Audio manager" from the market. Free version is fine. Then turn up the 'music volume' to bring back the audible tones sound.

Mine comes and goes. One time it works the next its quiet again. Sprint tech reps tell me its cause I have rooted the phone yet it did this before I rooted.
