Audio doesn't always work right

Hello all. I listen to music a lot in the car. I generally try to use USB-C adapters, but sometimes I am forced to use BT when my adapters fail.
I have an S10e, Note 20 Ultra and S21 Ultra. The only one that doesn't really seem to have this issue is the S10e, which has a headphone jack.

So when listening to audio, I use youtube and sometimes I use Samsung music. Well, whenever listening to music regardless of whether it's through an adapter or BT, I have the same issue. Certain songs only come out of one speaker of my car, usually the front right. I know it's not the speaker, because when I plug in my S10e via headphone jack, it works fine.
I assumed it was the adapter shorting out, as when this happens, sometimes it can be prone to causing bizarre things to happen. But I was quite shocked when it did it recently when I plugged in one of my devices to BT and it did the same thing.

I find it even more strange that it doesn't do this on all songs, or files. Only some. On Samsung music, it will play one song fine, and then the next one it will only come out of one speaker.
My son is prone to fiddling with my phones, so I am wondering now more so if this is something in the settings, because this doesn't make any sense at all.

Any ideas? It's getting really annoying. I've tried looking in my sound settings, but didn't really find anything out of the blue.

Stock installed system. And it's not just this particular car. I believe it happens in my other vehicle as well.

I don't know. I don't use safe mode.
Safe Mode is a troubleshooting step that temporarily disables all 3rd party apps that you installed. YouTube and Samsung Music are most likely preinstalled, so they should still work in Safe Mode. If the problem goes away in Safe Mode, then you know that something you installed is the culprit. It can be tedious to narrow it down, though -- that might require uninstalling apps one by one.

Nope! I found out what it is. It was the balance under accessibility options.

My son, like I may have mentioned, likes to fiddle with my phone settings, probably did it somehow. Little sneaker lol
