Audio issue during video calls

I'm facing Audio issues during video calls, through whatsapp, Skype and hangouts Botim all video call app

The other person isn't able to hear my voice, but I can hear them. The video is very clear though.

I've tried with head phone working well
normal call with out head working welll
Only video call voice unable to hear other person
Huawei mate 10 lite

Any suggestions?

Welcome to Android Central! Make sure the secondary mic (the one at the top of the phone) isn't blocked by anything (like a case, or clogged by lint).

Thanks for you reply I'm Remove the cover and try it issue not solve

Try carefully cleaning out the secondary mic opening.

Try clearing all speakers and mics , do a self test , go into the camera and video record for few minutes talking , then replay it can you hear your voice ?
