Audio issues during calls only

My Galaxy S5 randomly crackles during phone calls, meaning I can't hear the person on the other end of the line. They can hear me just fine. There are no audio issues during playback of videos, or when playing music. Any ideas? I've looked everywhere for this particular issue with no luck. Any ideas? Thank you!
