Audio issues with V20

All of a sudden I noticed very little coming out of my right headphone. Since I was getting some sound I don't think its a dirty jack but I checked it anyway. Not sure if the left is a little low on output but overall I can crank up the volume almost all the way without hurting my ears. Don't know if the volume is lower just because of the right side. It did seem a little better later on after checking jack but its still not what I've been hearing normally.
Tried clearing the cache just in case its software related but no difference. I tempted to try a factory reset but I'm inclined to believe its hardware.
Anyone experience an issues with audio?
...oh and yes I tried the headphones on other devices and they are fine. Tried phone in car and its pretty low.

well the factory reset worked.... I didn't think it would but now I'm glad I did

Glad it worked. I was inclined to think also that it was hardware related. I know on the quad dac settings you can mess with the volume output for left and right channels. But that takes a bit of effort and you probably looked there.

Yeah... I tried all the normal stuff first. Something must have corrupted. I also tried all of my music players and the output was bad
