audio jack problem!

My galaxy audio jack isn't working when I plug my headphones in. Music plays through the phone speakers but when I plug headphones in the music is muffled like its been changed in the settings but I've tried everything in music settings so it must be the audio jack...

Have you tried blowing the connector out with compressed air, just in case there's pocket fuzz or other stuff in there?

Have you tried different headphones?

I have tried different headphones but not blown with compressed air. I will give it a try.
