Audio Player issues

So I had a question. I use Spotify, Pandora, and Poweramp music players for different music and whatnot. When I connect my Bluetooth to my car, sometimes it'll open Poweramp, or sometimes either Pandora or Spotify depending on which I was using last. More often than not it opens Poweramp. Is there any way to give priority to whichever I was using last?
