Audio Problem

Hi, I am facing a serious problem. Recently i did a factory reset on my android cell phone (4.0 icecream sandwich). After the factory reset my audio is not working. My ringtone doesnot work, i cannot hear music. and also I cannot hear voice from the other side. What can i do to solve this problem.
