Audio problems

[SPS828]

On my Nexus 6p, whenever I listen to a YouTube video or any type of audio I only hear it in mono from the top speaker. Sometimes I hear audio faintly and tinny come out of the bottom speaker. When I make a speaker call, I hear everything perfectly from the bottom speaker.

This is a very strange problem that I haven't seen anyone have before.

There seems to be multiple reports that the top speaker is louder than the bottom one during media playback.
